Medical consultation – Community health center of Karan
Karan an isolated health center. A boy just arrived here alone, looking very afflicted.
There are no permanent doctors here, only nurses and not just everyday. Infrastructure also is minimal : two truck batteries powering the radio transmitter a pen, a ruler and the register.
But in fact it does not take very much to fight malaria effectively with the new treatments. And with the new organization in place, it works.
